GRAXX manufactures buckets for excavators weighing up to 85 ton. The biggest excavator bucket manufactured in our plant was intended for the 80 ton excavator. However, such big buckets are not manufactured too often, the majority are the buckets for excavators weighing up to 35 ton.
What’s more, we can proudly say about our next large transaction performed for a Scandinavian customer. Production of a bucket for the 50 ton Liebherr excavator, model: GS50-1800.
Hardox HB450 plates constitute the majority of the materials the BUCKET GS50-1800 was manufactured from. This abrasion-resisting steel was used to manufacture the bucket bottom, bottom reinforcements and the side plates whereas the blade was made from the HB500 hardness steel.
Dimensions of the bucket: 1800 mm [width], 2160 kg [weight], 3080 l [volume]. The bucket is equipped with a S100 holder and 6 CAT teeth 5,5" of J series.
