Trapezoidal, cable excavator buckets are designed for channel excavation, e.g. digging and restoration of land drainage channels. In GRAXX portfolio their designation is "PFS". The buckets have a blade with an angle blade at their end. 

There are two types of boom fixtures for trapezoidal, cable buckets:

• Fixing with two hooks — fixture types: CW10, CW20, CW20S, CW30, CW30S, CW40, CW40S, CW45, CW45S, CW55, CWSSS, or CW70
• Fixing with two shafts — fixture types: MH30, S30, MH40, S40, S45, FL45/Hydrema, S50, S60, S70, S80, S90, and S100

The main assemblies of trapezoidal, cable buckets are:

• coupling assembly
• steel scoop
• blade
• additional replaceable blade, a so-called angle blade

The whole trapezoidal bucket structure is made using welding technology with mounted coupling components (the brackets). The jacket (bottom) of the scoop is made of structural steel (buckets for backhoes of up to 14 tons) or HARDOX 450HB steel (buckets for 14 ton+ backhoes) and reinforced with additional flat bars. Steel sides of the scoop are reinforced at the front with HARDOX 450HB components. The blade is made of steel with a hardness of about 500 HB (standard 470–540 HB).
